The Automatic Busbar Processing Machine is an automated busbar processing machine designed for continuous processing of copper and aluminum busbars. It integrates three processing functions—punching, cutting, and embossing—into a single machine. The machine adopts a 7-punch, 1-cutting, and 1-embossing die configuration and is equipped with a six-axis servo system. It can automatically perform busbar feeding, clamping, positioning, die changing, and processing, and automatically discharges the busbar after processing, enabling continuous production. The maximum punching speed can reach 180 strokes per minute, making the machine suitable for batch busbar processing and production applications that require high processing efficiency and a high level of automation.
