The CNC Busbar Punching and Shearing Machine is designed for fully automatic busbar processing. It is mainly used for punching, cutting, embossing, chamfering, and other processing operations on copper and aluminum busbars. The machine adopts CNC control and is equipped with a six-axis servo control system to achieve automatic busbar clamping, feeding, positioning, processing, and discharging, enabling fully automated busbar processing. It can improve the efficiency and accuracy of batch busbar processing.

The machine supports CAD drawing import and can perform 3D processing simulation based on the processing data in the drawings, while automatically generating the corresponding processing program. After the operator confirms the processing program, the program can be called for machining, reducing manual programming and parameter settings and improving the operating efficiency for complex busbar processing tasks.

CNC Busbar Punching & Shearing Machine Series

The CNC Busbar Punching and Shearing Machine Series mainly includes two models, CJ-MX703 and CJ-MX802. Both models are equipped with a six-axis servo control system and are mainly used for fully automatic punching and cutting of copper and aluminum busbars.

The CJ-MX703 is configured with 7 punching stations, 1 cutting station, and 1 embossing station, while the CJ-MX802 is configured with 8 punching stations and 1 cutting station. Both models can meet the requirements of batch punching and cutting for different busbar sizes. Customers can select the appropriate machine according to their actual busbar processing requirements.

What Functions Does the CNC Busbar Punching & Shearing Machine Have?

The CNC Busbar Punching and Shearing Machine is different from the CNC Busbar Machine. It is mainly used for automatic punching and cutting of busbars. The machine adopts CNC control and a six-axis servo system to achieve automatic busbar clamping, feeding, positioning, processing, and discharging. It is suitable for batch punching and cutting of copper and aluminum busbars.

The machine can also be combined with a CNC Busbar Bending Machine to form a busbar punching, cutting, and bending production line. This enables different processing operations, including punching, cutting, and bending, to be connected in sequence, reducing manual material transfer and improving overall production efficiency.

It is used for punching and chamfering of copper and aluminum busbars. By replacing dies of different specifications, common hole types such as round holes and slotted holes of various diameters can be processed, and chamfering can be performed on busbar edges to meet diverse busbar processing requirements.

It is used for fixed-length cutting of copper and aluminum busbars. It can automatically locate the cutting position according to the machining program to achieve fast and continuous busbar cutting.

With dedicated knurling dies installed, it can perform knurling processing on copper and aluminum busbars to meet different busbar process requirements. Only the CJ-MX703 model is equipped with the knurling function.
