Product Description

Copper Busbar Machine is a 3-in-1 busbar processing machine that integrates punching, cutting, and bending functions into one machine. It adopts a hydraulic drive system and is mainly used for processing copper and aluminum busbars.The machine is equipped with independent punching, cutting, and bending units, with each unit featuring its own independent hydraulic station. The three processing units can be operated simultaneously by three operators. The MX-303 model is available with both open and closed bending structures, allowing customers to choose the suitable configuration according to their busbar processing requirements.The machine can process copper and aluminum busbars up to 160 × 16 mm and can perform round-hole punching, oblong-hole punching, cutting, and various bending operations. It is suitable for electrical equipment manufacturing, including switchgear, distribution cabinets, and transformers.
