Product Description

The CNC Busbar Punching and Shearing Machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency fully automatic CNC busbar processing machine that integrates punching and cutting. The machine adopts a 600 kN hydraulic drive system and is equipped with a six-axis servo control system, which controls busbar feeding and discharging, front and rear clamping, die changing, and punching operations, respectively. This enables automated processing from busbar feeding and positioning to punching, cutting, and discharging, reducing manual operations and repeated positioning.

The machine is equipped with computer-based CNC software, which allows operators to create processing drawings directly in the software or import CAD drawings to generate processing programs. Once the processing program is set, the machine can automatically perform the corresponding punching and cutting operations according to the programmed data. For production lines that require continuous punching, cutting, and bending operations, the machine can also be integrated with a CNC Busbar Bending Machine to connect different processing stages, improving busbar processing efficiency and production continuity.
