CNC Busbar Processing Machine
The CNC busbar processing machine is an automatic positioning busbar processing equipment integrating punching, cutting and bending functions. It is mainly used for processing copper busbars and aluminum busbars.
Equipped with a CNC control system and four sets of servo motors, the machine can automatically position the busbar processing points according to the preset machining dimensions.
CNC automatic positioning eliminates manual measuring, marking and repeated adjustments, improving the accuracy and consistency of busbar positioning. Suitable for busbar processing scenarios requiring high positioning precision and operational efficiency, this machine can meet punching, cutting and bending requirements for copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications.
CNC Busbar Processing Machine Series
The CNC busbar processing machine series consists of three models: NCZMXK-303-3-S, NCZMXK-503-3-S and NCZMXK-803-3-S, which can meet the processing requirements of copper and aluminum busbars in various specifications.
All three models adopt a CNC control system and servo positioning technology to automatically locate busbar machining positions according to preset dimensions. The 303 model can process busbars up to 160×16mm, the 503 model up to 260×16mm, and the 803 model up to 300×20mm. Customers can select the appropriate model based on their actual busbar specifications and machining requirements.

The busbar bending unit is for bending and forming copper and aluminum busbars. By changing different dies, it can realize multiple forming types including L-bend, U-bend, Z-bend and vertical bend. Special dies can be used for knurling, twisting and terminal crimping upon special requests to meet diverse busbar processing demands.
