3-in-1 Busbar Processing Machine
3-in-1 Busbar Processing Machine integrates three processing functions—punching, cutting, and bending—into one machine and is mainly used for processing copper and aluminum busbars in different sizes and specifications.
The machine is equipped with three independent processing units for busbar punching, cutting, and bending. Each processing unit has its own independent hydraulic system and can be operated independently according to processing requirements or operated simultaneously. The bending unit is controlled by a CNC system, enabling precise control of the bending angle, reducing errors caused by manual measurement, and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of bending operations.
3-in-1 Busbar Processing Machine Series
The 3-in-1 Busbar Processing Machine series includes three commonly used models: MX-303BSSK, MX-503BSSK, and MX-803BSSK, meeting the processing requirements of copper and aluminum busbars in different sizes and specifications.The MX-303BSSK can process busbars up to 160 × 16 mm, the MX-503BSSK can process busbars up to 260 × 16 mm, and the MX-803BSSK can process busbars up to 300 × 20 mm. The three models differ in processing capacity and hydraulic pressure, allowing customers to select the most suitable machine according to their actual busbar processing requirements.
