The Double-Head Busbar Bending Machine is specially designed for forming copper and aluminum busbars used in busway manufacturing. It is developed specifically for bending both ends of busbars during the busway production process.

The machine adopts a double-head independent bending structure, with an independent hydraulic cylinder and foot pedal control system configured at each end. According to processing requirements, both ends can be bent simultaneously, or either end can be processed independently. With dedicated bending dies, both ends of the workpiece can be formed in a single operation.

Compared with traditional single-head bending machines, the double-head design reduces repeated positioning, workpiece turning, and reversing operations. This shortens processing time while improving the dimensional consistency of bends at both ends and overall processing efficiency. It is suitable for continuous and batch production in busway manufacturing.
