The CNC Busbar Bending Machine is a CNC busbar processing machine specially designed for bending copper and aluminum busbars. It adopts a servo motor drive and CNC control system to achieve precise busbar positioning and bending control according to the preset processing parameters. The machine can perform various busbar bending operations, including L-shaped bends, U-shaped bends, Z-shaped bends, and edgewise bends, meeting the forming requirements of busbars in different sizes.
The machine is equipped with CAD/CAM software, which allows operators to create 3D drawings directly in the software and also supports CAD drawing import. The software can generate bending programs based on the processing data in the drawings, perform bending development calculations, and simulate the machining program. This enables operators to check the bending dimensions, angles, and machining process before actual processing.
The CNC Busbar Bending Machine uses a CNC system to control bending parameters and the machining process. Combined with servo motor drive and CAD/CAM software, it enables precise control and digital operation of busbar bending processes. The CNC Busbar Bending Machine is different from the 3-in-1 Busbar Machine and is mainly designed for high-precision CNC bending of busbars, with precise control over bending positions and bending angles. The CNC Busbar Bending Machine can also be used together with a CNC Busbar Punching and Shearing Machine to form a busbar punching, cutting, and bending production line. After punching and cutting are completed, the busbar can be directly transferred to the bending process, enabling continuous busbar processing.
The Busbar Bending Machine is equipped with three sets of bending dies, which can meet the bending requirements of commonly used busbars, including multi-angle edgewise and flatwise bending. For special busbar processing requirements, customized dies can also be provided according to the actual processing needs, including twist-bending dies, U-shaped bending dies, embossing dies, and more.
