The CNC Busbar Bending Machine is a busbar processing machine controlled by a CNC PLC system and equipped with a servo positioning system. It can automatically determine the bending position according to the preset dimensions. By changing different bending dies, the machine can perform various busbar bending operations, including L-shaped, Z-shaped, and U-shaped bends, with a bending accuracy of up to ±0.2°. In addition to bending, the machine also integrates punching and cutting units, allowing copper and aluminum busbars to be punched, cut, and bent on a single machine.
