The Hydraulic Busbar Machine uses a hydraulic drive system to provide the force required for punching, cutting and bending copper and aluminum busbars. With independent processing units and stable hydraulic performance, it is suitable for a wide range of busbar fabrication requirements in electrical equipment manufacturing.
Hydraulic Busbar Machine is mainly designed for processing large copper and aluminum busbars. Equipped with an 800 kN hydraulic pressure system, it can process large and heavy-duty busbars up to 300 × 20 mm.The machine integrates punching, cutting, and bending functions into one unit. It can perform round-hole and oblong-hole punching, busbar cutting, and various bending and forming operations. The bending unit is controlled by a PLC system, enabling precise control of the bending angle and improving bending accuracy. It supports various bending operations, including L-shaped, Z-shaped, and U-shaped bends.The machine is suitable for processing large-size busbars and for electrical equipment manufacturing, including switchgear, distribution cabinets, and transformers.
